Important Information before choosing & booking your party
If you are looking to book a party with less than 7 days notice please contact your local park direct.
- Our parties are age specific for safety reasons. Please ensure you book a party session that is suitable for ALL the children that will be attending. Children outside the age range for the sessions will not be allowed to participate. All information is available to view on each party package and our terms and conditions.
- Terms and Conditions
- All jumpers need to have signed a safety waiver before they can go on the trampolines. We want your party day to be as stress free as possible, so we recommend getting the safety waivers completed before you arrive. Please follow this link to complete. Your party host will double check they have been done upon arrival.
We require a minimum 50% deposit to secure your party booking based on the amount of people you will have attending (minimum 10). We understand that numbers could go up or down slightly after booking. If making your booking online then full payment will be taken so please call the parks if you only wish to make a deposit. We can increase numbers only subject to availability. We will contact you 7-10 days before the party to confirm final numbers & take the balance. Once full payment has been taken then we cannot refund for any people that do not attend on the day or if numbers then decrease prior to the party.
- If you wish to book a party of 16 or more then please call the park before booking.
- Any specific dietary requirements must be discussed and agreed at least a week before the party.
- The hot food option is a choice of 4 kids meals which can be picked on the day of the party when checking in.
- You are welcome to bring a birthday cake & decorations but no further food or drink is to be brought into the park.
- We now offer adult buffets for the parents/carers staying for the party too. Please enquire for further details of costings and food choices.
